This class is approximately 1.25 hours in length but if requested can be extended
All topics are welcome and it is a good idea to have some things that you want to cover before you get the the class. Send along questions, topics or ideas before hand and Hanshi will do his absolute best to accommodate them.
Need some ideas, pick a few questions for Q&A, pretest viewing and feedback, waza review, problem solving in waza, tactical training, ne waza, mobility or even shiatsu are all things people like to cover.
