Sadohana is a husband and wife team. Along with our crew of students, members and instructors we have great rare school where magic happens and lives change. Diane is curator of consciousness. Michael is all rocks, locks and beats. Together they created Sadohana, a place where healing happens, thru Traditional Japanese JuJutsu, Modern Jiu-Jitsu, yoga therapy, shiatsu therapy,  community and shared experiences. We have taken a hit due to the COVID-19 social distancing, having had to close our dojo for long periods and in accordance with health authorities.  Let us say thank you, in advance, for any support you can offer. Our dojo stands as a testament to all the amazing students past and present that built our walls, installed the mats and filled them with love and laughter as well as the many friends of the dojo and academy that have helped us fundraise.
