Seminar - Creating a Demonstration with basic or Advanced waza
embu review for shihan and candidates - and is good for black belts to start to think on how to do this - you may become an Uke for embu before you know it :)
This will be our last formal advanced seminar before we head out to Japan. We can add Sunday if and as needed so please keep that in mind as we get closer.
