KoKoDo Jujutsu empowers practitioners to neutralize threats instantly using precise leverage, angles, and timing—skills that work regardless of size or strength. Rooted in Aiki principles, it teaches you to redirect force instead of clashing with it, giving you a calm, controlled advantage in any situation. Training develops practical self-defense skills through joint locks, throws, takedowns, pins, and pressure points, all grounded in the rich tradition of Hakkoryu and Daitoryu Jujutsu. With its logical, natural movements taught in a clear, accessible way, KoKoDo builds confidence, sharpens awareness, and equips you to protect yourself effectively.
