Diane Seamark is a seasoned yoga therapist, trauma-informed teacher, and martial arts master with over two decades of experience guiding others through healing, movement, and personal empowerment.
With a background rooted in both modern medicine and ancient wisdom, Diane bridges the gap between science and spirit. Her approach is deeply intuitive and grounded in real-life experience—having rehabilitated herself from four herniated discs, navigated endometriosis since her teens, and raised twins after a natural full-term pregnancy. She knows pain, change, and resilience—and she teaches from that knowing.
Diane holds the rare distinction of being one of only two women in the world—and the first outside of Japan—to achieve the prestigious license of Kaiden Shihan Kogyoku and 5th Degree Black Belt in KoKoDo JuJutsu. In a traditionally male-dominated space, she brings fierce femininity, grace, and a deep commitment to empowering women with tools for true personal protection—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
She’s been teaching since 1997, with over 6,500 hours of instruction in Yoga Therapy, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Shiatsu, and BodyMind Coaching. Her work blends the structure of Iyengar and the freedom of somatic movement, cranial sacral therapy, Hakomi, and shamanic practices—helping clients repattern their nervous systems and access peak performance through presence.
Diane teaches from a Felt Sense, a Knowing Place, and a Compassionate Heart. Her unique gift lies in her ability to see deeply into the body, deconstruct any pose or pattern, and offer personalized guidance for healing, strength, and transformation.
She believes that practice is medicine and that awareness is power. Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating chronic pain, craving deeper self-connection, or ready to step into your fullest vitality—Diane holds space for your journey with wisdom, strength, and care.
