Diane has a genuine love for sharing Yoga and Budo having compiled in excess of 2500 teaching hours.

In Yoga Therapy, Diane takes great pride in her ability to deconstruct any pose to suit an individual, she understands that to heal the body one must explore habitual holding patterns, breath restrictions, misalignment and limiting self talk in the body mind. She believes in meeting the self right where it is and introducing space and safety in the moment.
Training in Eastern Arts since 1996, Diane has had her whole body/mind transformed by these practices and has applied these teachings to heal herself.
Having rehabilitated herself from 4 herniated discs, managing endometriosis since her teens and having a full term pregnancy and natural delivery of twins, she is well versed in overcoming chronic pain, nerve damage, autoimmune dysfunction and adapting to change!! Diane understands anxiety brought on by high stimulation and societal demands
In Budo, Diane holds the proud title of being the 1st Female 5th Degree Black Belt in KoKoDo JuJutsu in Canada.
She loves to bring her femininity to the primarily male dominated world of martial arts and is constantly inspired to teach other women the arts of personal protection and how to cultivate a 'safety state of mind'.
It is rare to find a teacher who is so accomplished in both arts of healing and self defence.
