This is a great course for people that wish to learn self-defense and reality base training in a safe yet challenging atmosphere. Classes are 1 hour long and cover a wide range of Topics. Taught by Use of force Options Specialist Michael Seamark. Ideal for Security officers, Law Enforcement offices, EP/CP officers and LPO professionals that may need Reality Based Self-Defense training in the line of work. Also Ideal to Health care-workers, Reality Sales People wish to enhance their safety while on the job Also This course is not just designed for the Professional but also for the Civilian men and women who have trained in basic Self-Defense but are looking for a more variety and depth of topics covered. Classes are semester based:
  • Semester 1: January 18th - June 20th
  1. ($300.00+HST)
  2. Weds 7:00pm to 8:25pm
  • Semester 2: September 5th – December 15th
  1. ($300.00+HST)
  2. Weds 7:00pm to 8:25pm
All non-dojo members pay a $50 Dojo and Program administration fee per year.
