4 Stages of Yoga Therapy

I. Heyam; There is a Problem

II. Hetu; There is a Cause

III. Hanum; There is a Goal

IV. Upayum; There is a Solution to reach the goal

Every stage can be explored using step by step process called Vinyasa Krama, also referred to as a connecting of movements. The ideology is that there is a continuum to your wellbeing- your breath, movement and mental state are intrinsically linked and one area affects the other.

To affect change, one only need be resolute in their desire and available to practice.
