Guided meditation @ Sadoahana involves focussed breathing techniques, supported body postures, visualization and vedic chanting.

Breathing techniques anchor the mind in the present moment and infuse the body with prana/energy.

Supported body postures ensure you are comfortable while maintaining awareness, with moments of relaxation to relieve the body mind.

Visualization is a powerful tool, enabling the meditator to create a new reality for the moment.

Chanting brings a quality of sound to the mindfield, allowing thoughts to disperse behind the tone.
